Job & Ambition :
I walked in through the doors of John Keells eight years ago as a Management Trainee. Now I'm Assistant Vice President and Head of HR- Leisure Resorts. My aim is to be a HR professional of repute.
Qualifications and Achievements :
I have a degree in Economics from the University if Peradeniya, where I specialized in Statistics. Since I joined HR, I followed a Diploma course in HR at IPM to strengthen my knowledge. I also have a Diploma in computers from IDM. I became an Assistant Manager in 3 years, a Manager in 5 years and a Director in 7 years.
Interests and Hobbies :
I love reading romantic fiction and novels. I also enjoy watching movies, specially romances, thrillers and action films.
