I joined Keells Hotels as a Bar Steward in 2003 and now work as a Butler at Cinnamon Lodge. My job requires me to promote food, cocktails and wines so I draw on my salesmanship skills. I hope to become an F&B Manager one day and then an AVP F&B Operations at Keells Hotels.
