Job & Ambition :

I joined the Group as a Management Trainee about 2 1/2 years ago and now work as an Assistant Manager, Training and Development, Rooms Division. I conduct training in Customer Care, Impressions, Brand Management, Front Office and House Keeping for all hotels in the Group, including the Maldives. My aim is to be a Manager by the age of 30 and, in time, to become a world famous hotelier.

Qualifications and Achievements :

I am the holder of a Management Diploma from the Sri Lanka institute of Tourism and Hotel Management, having specialized in Accommodation Operations. I've won several awards while at Ceylon Hotel School, including the Most Outstanding Student in Accommodation Operation, Advanced Level in 2005.

Interests and Hobbies :

I love water sports and cricket. As a trainer, I read up on the subject of Management.
