You should be a culinary specialist with a proven track record in hospitality pastry management position with a minimum of 10 years experience at management level in a 5 star environment preferably with foreign exposure. Should have an educational degree or diploma in bakery/pastry/confiseur arts. You will be reporting to the Head of Food & Beverage operations and leading a team of over 100 associates.
